Frequently Asked Questions
Is it necessary to book time?
On weekdays, you will likely have the opportunity to
play at any time, but on weekends, bookings are often full 1-2 weeks in advance.
That is why we advise you to book in advance to reserve a convenient time for
playing.
Do you have a prepayment?
Yes, we have a prepayment of 20% of the total check to
secure your booking. If you cancel the event, you need to inform us two days in
advance, then we will return your prepayment, otherwise, the prepayment remains with
us but is kept as a deposit for your next visit.
Will there be anyone else with us during the game?
If you rent the hall entirely, there will be no other
guests with you. Your company will not be disturbed, i.e., the hall will be at your
disposal for the selected period of time. If, however, you pay for each helmet
separately, there may be other people with you.
Can you change games during the process?
Yes, of course! You can change and try as many games
as you want. The number of games does not affect the price.
Can the session be extended?
If there are no more bookings after you, then yes, of
course, you can extend the game!
Can you play in glasses?
Yes, of course! For example, the Meta Quest 3 comes
with a special facial insert that increases the inner space and allows you to wear
vision glasses in VR. But if the glasses have a large frame, there may not be enough
space for them.
Can you bring your own food and drinks?
When renting the hall, you will have access to the
lounge area to rest and snack. You can bring any food and non-alcoholic beverages
there. During a regular booking, unfortunately, you cannot bring your own food.
What clothing should you come in?
We recommend dressing in comfortable clothing and
shoes without heels. Also, for better convenience, bring a change of shoes.
